Live on-chain · Dog of Robinhood

The world is Brodie's.

In 2016, Robinhood's own support account named their office dog Brodie. It's the only dog they've ever put on record. A decade later, the internet found the tweet — and adopted him.

The Origin Story

The only dog Robinhood ever named

Robinhood has put exactly one dog's name on the record. Twice. This is that story — written a decade before anyone thought to make it a coin.

AUG 2016

The Origin

@AskRobinhood, Robinhood's support account, is in the mentions doing what support accounts do. Someone asks about pets on the app. The answer: no pets — but here's our office dog, Brodie. Same answer, twice, to two different people.

The Resurrection

ONGOING

The Myth

Brodie in his natural habitat

He's got two sides, he's all in, and he definitely doesn't need a fourth Hood-Eats order.

$BRODIE is what happens next. No pets on the app — but there's always been a dog on the blockchain.
